talkv charges ₹0.10 for each message delivered, falling to ₹0.05 when you top up ₹10,000 or more. There is no monthly fee and no minimum. Meta bills your own card separately for WhatsApp’s charge on each message.
Every new talkv account starts with ₹50 of credit, which covers our fee on up to 500 delivered messages. Meta still bills you for the messages themselves, so it is free software, not free messages.
Yes, and it stays in your name. You create it while connecting your number, through Meta’s own sign-up, in a few minutes. Leaving talkv means disconnecting it — your number and your account go with you.
Yes. You keep replying from your phone, those replies show up in the talkv inbox, and up to six months of past chats are brought in when you connect.
When it arrives. A wrong number, a lost phone or somebody who blocked you costs nothing. Before a broadcast we set aside the most it could cost; afterwards you are charged for what was delivered and the rest goes back to your balance.
They are unsubscribed straight away, automatically, and never sent another broadcast — from any screen or the API. Only they can undo it, by writing to you again.
You can upload it, but talkv will not send to anybody without consent on record, and there is no button to mark a whole list as subscribed. A bought list is the fastest way to get a WhatsApp number blocked.
They fail with Meta’s error 131026, cost you nothing, and the broadcast report has a button to remove them from your contacts so you stop trying.
Yes. The talkv API sends a message or a broadcast from your shop, CRM or booking system with one call, at the same price as the screens. It is switched on per account — ask us.
Yes to both. Owners and admins download contacts, chats, broadcasts and usage as spreadsheets from Settings at any time. A verified deletion request is completed within 30 days and does not touch your WhatsApp Business Account.
Comfortably tens of thousands at a time today. A number shared with the WhatsApp Business app is capped by Meta at 20 messages a second, and very large lists send slower here than at the biggest providers.
