Pricing

Simple pricing. Pay only for what arrives.

Meta bills you for WhatsApp’s messages. We charge a small fee for the software. Here are both, side by side.

Meta changes its rates on its own schedule, so they live on Meta’s pricing page, not copied here where they would go out of date. Our calculator shows both bills together.

What we charge

The more you top up, the less each message costs.

Your rate lasts as long as your balance does — not a month. Topping up a little later never makes it worse.

Billing in talkv

Your balance, always in view

Billing shows what you have left to spend, the rate your top-ups have earned, and roughly how many more messages that buys.

The statement lists every rupee in and out as its own line — the welcome credit, each top-up, and each broadcast — and says that WhatsApp’s own charges come from Meta, not from us.

Billing on a phone: ₹2,041.12 available to spend, at a rate of ₹0.08 per message.

When you are charged

Charged when it arrives. Never before.

A wrong number, a lost phone, somebody who blocked you — the message never arrives, so it costs you nothing.

  1. 01 Before you send We set aside the most it could cost. That is why every screen says “up to”.
  2. 02 While it sends Each message is charged once, at most, when WhatsApp confirms it arrived.
  3. 03 When it finishes You pay for what arrived. The rest goes back to your balance.

Five hundred people were skipped, each for a reason recorded against them. A message with an empty variable in it is rejected by Meta anyway, and a message to somebody who opted out is the one that gets a business blocked.

What it cost

₹575.00
Charged on delivery 11,342 delivered
₹567.10
Released back to balance 158 never arrived
₹7.90

The whole ₹575 was blocked before the first message went out, because every one of them might arrive. What was charged is what did. This figure is the platform fee only — Meta billed the same broadcast separately, to the card on the customer's own WhatsApp Business Account.

Free

Free from us, always.

  • Inbox replies

We never charge for a reply. Meta charges only past 1,000 a month per number.

  • Automated replies

Greetings, away messages and keyword answers.

  • Everything else

Contacts, groups, templates, reports, team members. None of it is metered, and there is no per-seat fee.

Questions about money

Asked before the first top-up.

Is the ₹50 welcome credit free messages?

No — it is ₹50 of talkv’s fee, which covers our side of up to 500 delivered messages. Meta still bills your own card for each message. It is added once, when a new account is created, and does not count towards a cheaper rate.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. You top up a balance and it is used as messages are delivered. No monthly fee, no per-seat charge, no contract, and the balance never expires.

If I top up a small amount later, do I lose my better rate?

No. A rate stays as long as there is balance left. Adding ₹500 on top of an unspent ₹10,000 keeps what the ₹10,000 bought.

Do I pay for inbox replies and auto-replies?

Not by talkv. We charge only for template messages — the same rate from a broadcast, the inbox or the API — and never for a reply inside WhatsApp’s 24-hour window or anything an automation sends. Separately, since 1 October 2026 Meta charges for replies beyond 1,000 per number per month.

Can I get a rate lower than the table?

Yes, at high volume. Rates below ₹0.05 are agreed with us directly. Write to us with the volume you expect.

Sending hundreds of thousands a month? Tell us the volume and we will quote against it.
