Send to everyone. Never to the wrong one.

Pick a message and who gets it. Before anything is sent, talkv shows exactly who will receive it, who won’t and why, and the most it can cost.

The broadcast review on a phone: 52 people will get it, 48 are left out, and it costs up to ₹4.16 — with who is left out and why below.

Before you send

Know exactly who gets it

Every broadcast ends on a review: how many people will get it, how many are left out, and why — unsubscribed, no consent on record, or nothing to fill a blank with.

The cost is shown as “up to”: the most it could be. You pay only for messages that arrive, and the rest goes back to your balance.

Sending late at night? talkv suggests a better time. Late messages are the ones people report.

The ten with no first name can still be reached: give the blank a stand-in like “there”. The other thirty-eight are left out on purpose. Meta bills its own charge for each message separately, to your card.

Who gets it

A group, a tag or any filter

Choose everyone who agreed, a group, a tag, or a filter like “cake orders in London”. The count updates as you choose.

Somebody who unsubscribed is never sent a broadcast — from any screen or the API — and there is no button that marks a whole list as subscribed.

Templates

Approved first time, more often

Write a template and watch how it lands on a phone as you type. talkv checks Meta’s own rules before you submit, so most rejections never happen.

Add a header with an image, video or document, and buttons for quick replies, links, calls or a code to copy. You get an email when Meta approves or rejects it.

After you send

See what happened, in plain words

Sent, delivered, read and failed for every broadcast, and the reason for each failure in words you can act on.

Numbers that are not on WhatsApp come off your list in one click. A message that never arrived costs nothing — from us or from Meta.

The email report arrives when the figures stop moving, not when the last message leaves.

A sent broadcast on a phone: 142 in the audience, 118 sent, 111 delivered, 74 read, 7 failed and 24 skipped.

Reports

Thirty days at a glance

Messages a day, how many arrived and were read, where your broadcasts went, and what WhatsApp charged for by category — over 7, 30 or 90 days.

Counts, never rupees. Meta bills you directly, and its prices are not ours to quote.

Reports on a phone: 5,006 sent, 94% delivered, 605 received and 301 failed over 30 days.

Questions

Asked before the first broadcast.

Something else? Write to us — a person answers.

Can I send a WhatsApp broadcast to people who have not saved my number?

Yes. A broadcast list in the WhatsApp Business app only reaches people who saved your number. Through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which talkv uses, an approved template message reaches anyone on WhatsApp whose number you have and who agreed to hear from you — saved or not.

How much does a WhatsApp broadcast cost?

Two separate amounts. Meta charges for each delivered message at its own rate for the category and country, and bills you directly. talkv charges a platform fee of ₹0.10 to ₹0.05 per delivered message, depending on how much you top up. Before you send, the review shows the most our fee can be; a message that is never delivered costs nothing from either of us.

Can I schedule a broadcast for later?

Yes. Send now or pick a time, and pause, resume or cancel while it is sending. A scheduled broadcast blocks nothing from your balance until it starts.

Can each message use the customer’s own name?

Yes. Each blank in a template is filled from a contact field, such as the first name. For people without one you choose a fallback like “there”, or leave them out — the review tells you how many that is before you send.

Who is left out of a broadcast, and why?

Anybody who unsubscribed, anybody with no consent on record, anybody missing a blank you chose not to fill, and numbers that cannot be used. The review lists each reason with a count, and the send agrees with the review.
