Is there a monthly plan?
No. There is no monthly fee, per-seat fee or minimum top-up. You prepay our platform fee and it is charged only for messages that are delivered; a new account starts with ₹50 of credit towards it. Meta bills you separately, and directly, for the messages themselves.
Do I have to apply for the WhatsApp Business API myself?
No. You connect your number inside talkv through Meta’s own sign-up window, which takes a few minutes with a Facebook login, and add a payment method in Meta’s settings. A checklist shows what is done and what is left.
Is talkv the official WhatsApp?
No. talkv is an independent Meta Tech Provider on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Your WhatsApp Business Account and your billing with Meta are your own, and talkv is not endorsed by Meta.
What does talkv not do?
It does not create WhatsApp groups — groups in talkv are lists, and people never see each other. There is no chatbot flow builder, no way to message somebody who unsubscribed, and no phone support desk; a person answers by email.
